Booking & policies
The short version of how booking a tour works. Anything unclear? Just message Jan — he's happy to help.
Booking & confirmation
Send your preferred date and time slot through the website, by email or on WhatsApp. Jan confirms every tour personally, usually within a few hours. Your slot is held once he confirms — nothing is charged before then.
Payment
Prices are per group, not per person, with no booking fees. Pay by bank transfer or card once your tour is confirmed, or pay in Bitcoin on the day and get 5% off.
Cancellation
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your start time — no charge, no questions. Running late or need to shift things around on the day? Just let Jan know; he's flexible wherever he can be.
Group size & who it's for
Every tour is private, for your group only, up to 4 guests. Easy walking pace, suitable for ages 2 and up, in English or Dutch. Travelling as a larger group or have a special request? Get in touch and Jan will see what's possible.
Prices & VAT
The price you see is the price you pay — final and all-in. Tailored Tours Amsterdam is not required to charge VAT (BTW), so no VAT is added to your tour.
